ABOUT OUR CHEF

CHEF JORGE LOPÉZ

At a young age, 18, he joined the School of Hospitality and Tourism located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. He does frequent appearances at conferences of gastronomy, as well as presentations, demonstrations and master classes worldwide.

 

Among the other awards he has achieved, the most important are: Spain Championship for Young Chefs who won in San Sebastian 2002; International Award for Cooking with Olive Oil from Jaen, achieved in 2003; and the prize of the Championship for Young Values Spain City Marbella, also in 2003.
